Mazaya Real Estate Development Company has announced the acquisition of Lusail University Females Building (Building no ECQ1-B01&B02) located in Lusail City – for a value of 385 million Qatari Riyals. The university is leased by the Government Housing Department with an annual yield of nearly 7%.
