Announcement on the Non-Convening of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly (Lack of Quorum)

Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. announces that the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at 5:30 p.m., was not convened due to the lack of the required legal quorum.

Accordingly, the second meeting will be held on the reserve date of Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 5:30 p.m., in person at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia – The Pearl.
