Mazaya Real Estate Development Company Q.P.S.C. (“Mazaya”) discloses the issuance of a ruling in Appeal No. 174/2023 in the appeal raised by Mazaya against QFMA’s decision to fine Mazaya QR 200,000. The Court of Appeal has rejected Mazaya’s appeal obligating Mazaya to pay the fine.
Mazaya has instructed their external legal counsel to file for Cassation as this is not a final ruling and may be challenged by Cassation.
