Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development Company, one of the region’s largest real estate developers, has announced its sponsorship of a series of training courses focused on supporting young Qatari graduates. The training courses aim to help graduates select a career that is compatible with their abilities and future aspirations, to improve their career skills in order to ensure a more confident entry into the job market, and direct their involvement in achieving the nation’s current and future ambitions and the goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030.
The announcement was made as part of the company’s preparations to participate in the forthcoming 6th Qatar Career Fair, which will be held under patronage of HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the Qatar National Convention Centre between 1st and 6th of April. The move is consistent with the company’s strategy of supporting Qatarization and nurturing young Qatari talents, in order to enable them to achieve their ambitions in line with the leadership’s directions and the position of Qatar in the region and the entire world.

The Qatar Career Fair is an important national platform that offers a multitude of annual programmes and a diverse range ofactivities toencouragethe ambitions of promising young Qatari talents. The Fair provides the new graduates and jobseekers with the opportunity to meet employers in main sectors, enabling them find an appropriate career, become familiarised with the available vacancies in the labour market, and be updated with career trends, required skills, and training and development opportunities.
The training courses, which will be sponsored by Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development in collaboration with Qatar Career Fair and Qanouf Center for Training and Consultation, cover several important topics such as career excellence, personal planning, the art of time management, paradigms (thinking differently), the optimistic approach and the power of self-motivation, sunao spirit and mental fitness and their role in controlling work pressures and quality, and building the future leaders. The topics will be presented, respectively, during the course of the Fair’s which, will run from the 1st to the 6th of April 2013.
