Mazaya Qatar appoints 6 new Qatari talents, in line with Qatarisation plan

As part of its ongoing search for national talent, Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development Company has added six new Qatari nationals to its staff in support of its existing project management and development team. The six nationals, who joined different departments, were employed in line with the ambitious Qatarisation programme that was launched by the company prior its participation in Qatar’s annual Career Fair.

The new employees were selected based on criteria such as experience, qualifications, proficiency and competencies consistent with the company’s ambition, its reputation in the real estate market, its ongoing strategy of developing revenue-generating projects, its recent focus on infrastructure projects, and it compliance with sustainability and environment-friendly standards.

Speaking on the occasion, Seraj Al Baker, CEO of Mazaya Qatar, said, “National responsibility requires all companies operating in the Qatari market to consider the potential of Qatari nationals, prepare career development programs for them, and help them take up their role in serving the nation’s goals, working together to achieve progress and welfare. All Mazaya Qatar’s initiatives in this regard, including our Qatarisation programme, our participation in career fairs, and our open-door policies are important steps in the right direction to support Qatari national talent in different fields”.

“We are thrilled to have more national talent on board, and we would like to reiterate that the doors of Mazaya Qatar are still open, and the company is still able to offer rewarding careers to a large number of young Qatari nationals. Job openings at Mazaya Qatar are not restricted to particular times or needs, but rather are available for any nationals with a sense of creativity, which we will be happy to help them explore, discover and refine. We wish our new colleagues at Mazaya Qatar great success,” Al Baker continued.

Mazaya Qatar’s new employees received a warm welcome and expressed their thanks to the team, who helped remove obstacles from their paths and offered assistance when it was needed. They promised to spare no effort to prove the ability and efficiency of Qatari nationals to perform well in performing the tasks.
