Mazaya Qatar appoints Maryam Al-Fadala as Human Resources Manager

Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development (QSC), one of the leading real estate development firms in Qatar and the region is honored to announce that Mrs. Maryam Essa Al-Fadala is appointed as the Manager of the Human Resources department. The first Qatari woman to be offered this position, Mrs. Al-Fadala was chosen for her leadership and managerial qualifications as well as her professional achievements throughout her career.

 

Mr. Seraj Saleh Al Baker, CEO of Mazaya Qatar, lauded Mrs. Al-Fadala’s achievements and was optimistic about her appointment.

Mrs. Al-Fadala, according to Mr. Seraj, will play an effective role in ensuring that Mazaya Qatar reaches its Qatarization goal, and in Mazaya Qatar’s future participation in the upcoming Career Fair to take place in April.

 

Mrs. Al-Fadala’s background is as varied as it is impressive. She has worked in different fields where she took up different roles from managing a project, to heading a department, being a principal for an independent school, being a social worker at one of the independent schools in Qatar, as well as teaching.

 

We believe that the Human Resources department is a major investment and a precious resource for Mazaya Qatar,  that is why we are sure that Maryam will not only help in transforming it, but will actually take it to a new different level,” said Seraj Al-Baker.

 

Mrs. Al-Fadala has earned many certifications and undertaken many training courses in different disciplines, such as: teaching, learning difficulties, psychology, innovative thinking skills, diplomacy, time management, positive students’ behavior, sociology, procurement, and decision making authority and responsibility among others.

 

“These qualities make her perfectly positioned for this role,” Mr. Al-Baker added.

Mrs. Al-Fadala, for her part was thrilled to accept this role.
