The Board of Directors of Mazaya Real Estate Development approved the acquisition of 4 buildings (Residential – Commercial) in the "Ariane City" project located in Mesaimeer area, with a value of QAR 106 million, from Qatar Land Reclamation & Development Company. The project will be completed and delivered in the summer of 2021.
Mazaya Real Estate Development had reviewed the project, and found it feasible, where the deal included a guaranteed income for five years
